The products will come with your logo/ your brand name on them, product name, weight, and other product information if needed. Please check our Signature catalog, your products will look like that, but with your logo instead of the generic logo (the 3-leaf logo). We also include an ingredient list on the packaging of each product (on the front or back label) so customers have an opportunity to read the ingredients before using their purchased products.

-If you use Auto-Ordering via 3rd party app, this product importing process can be done via the app.
-If you DO NOT use the 3rd party app, we will import products into your store for you with an extra one-time fee (Product Setup add-on service).

Please note that all product images provided via the 3rd party app or imported by us will be our default images with the generic logo (the 3-leaf logo) or with our brand logo, NOT with your logo. However, when we ship your cosmetics (physical products) to your customers, products will come WITH YOUR LOGO ON EACH BOTTLE (so no worries!). If you also want to have product photos with your logo to use on your website, here is the only additional one-time fee you need to pay (Custom Product Images service). After you get the Custom Products Images with your logo on them, you need to replace the default product images with the custom ones. If you use custom product names, you also need to manually change the default product names (that were uploaded/ imported in your store via the 3rd party app or the CSV file) to the custom ones.
The initial setup above needs to be done only once.

Yes, you can keep our default product names or change them. If you want to change the product names, you have to register those custom names with us so that we can make and ship your physical products under those custom names (here is the one-time fee to register your custom names), and on your end you need to manually change the product names in your store.

Please keep in mind that
-If you don't change the product names, you can use either our default product images with the generic logo or the Custom Product Images with your logo on them.
-If you change the product names, you need to get the Custom Product Images because our default product images don't show your custom names.

Most private label dropshipping suppliers only offer unbranded products—formulas without any established brand recognition or market presence. While we do offer those in our SIGNATURE plan, the EXCLUSIVE plan gives you something more powerful: the ability to rebrand products from our official DR.HC brand, a registered cosmetic brand that has been in the retail market for years.
We’ve invested heavily in product development, brand building, and marketing for DR.HC. By joining the EXCLUSIVE plan, you gain the right to rebrand and sell these proven, high-quality formulas as your own.
The Formula Authorization Fee covers the brand licensing aspect, allowing you to leverage our established product lines and make them part of your own brand story.

The product prices published on our website are markup prices. They are NOT the prices you pay to us for each dropshipping order. After you submit You can set up any retail prices for products in your store; in other words, you, not we, control your margin!

Yes! All of the physical products we produce and ship to your customers will always have your brand logo on them, no matter which plan you choose or what dropshipping method you choose (Auto-Ordering or Manual-Ordering).

No, you don’t need to spend time designing each label. Just register your logo with us, and we’ll apply it to our default label templates—as shown in the product images on our website.

We have the add-on service "Custom Label Designs" which lets you customize the label designs of your labels. More details are on the link.

You can register 1 logo per membership.
If you want to change your logo after it has been registered in our system, a small processing fee will be applied per change, you can send a request HERE.
If you want to use 2 different logos (for example, logo A for some products and logo B for the others), you need to get 2 different memberships.

Depending on the products, the size of the labels would be different. For minor changes like logo size adjustment, our design team will auto-adjust the size of your logo if needed to match the space and create the best look for your products.
We strongly recommend that you read the logo requirements HERE to have a better idea of how you should create a logo.

Basically, we accept all logos, and it's your decision to create and determine how your logo will look. However, we have some guidance listed HERE in order to create the best quality for your logo printing.

Regarding order minimum total or minimum quantity: No, your customers can order any quantity from your store. We will manufacture and ship the product(s) with your logo, even if the order contains only one item.

The only restriction to keep in mind is that, orders containing heavy items—such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner/hair mask, body scrub, soap, or bath bombs—cannot include more than one of these items per order. Orders that do not comply with this policy may be canceled.

If you use the 3rd party app: We have Auto-Ordering. When customers place orders on your website, the app will automatically send the orders to us. We then will fulfill the order and send them directly to your customers. Just make sure you work with the 3rd party app to set up the app in your store correctly.

If you DO NOT use the 3rd party app: You go to our website and place an order with the same items, apply your secret discount code to get special discounted prices from us. We then will custom-make the cosmetics with your logo and ship them directly to your customers.

Our processing time is 3 busisness days from the USA, for both domestic and international orders. The processing time is the time frame we will fulfill your order or contact you if any issue has occurred to your order. In case any issue occurs, the order will be shipped out ASAP after issues are resolved.

We apply these shipping rates for USA domestic and international orders.

For shipping addresses in the USA, packages usually arrive within 2–7 days after being shipped.
For shipping addresses in other countries, packages typically arrive within 7–21 days after shipment.
We use USPS (the most popular shipping service in the U.S.) as our shipping courier, and delivery times may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping and delivery time.

All orders come with tracking numbers, so you can monitor whether a package has been delivered to your customer.
For international shipping from the USA, tracking availability may vary by country. In some cases, the tracking number only works for domestic tracking within the U.S. If you need tracking updates after the package reaches the destination country, we can arrange alternative couriers with higher shipping rates. Please contact us when placing your order if you'd like this option.

Since shipping goods is not what you do, we want you to absolutely be worry-free with the shipments! All shipments to your customers (both USA domestic and international customers) would be covered with shipping insurance. If an item is damaged or lost during shipment, we’ll provide replacements. After you place order with us, your order will be passed to our production at the same time. Products with your logo are custom-made for you so cancellation is not acceptable. However, if your customer cancels with you, we can help you by changing the shipping address from your customer address to your address if you contact us before the package is sent out.

Yes! As a PLD member, you can purchase just 1 unit or buy in wholesale quantities. You'll receive an additional discount when ordering wholesale.

Yes, all upfront fees need to be paid before you can access our products and start dropshipping them.
All paid payments are not subject to refund/ partial refund for any reason, including but not limited to, you cancel your membership during the setup process.

Yes! By choosing the annual plans instead of the monthly plan, you will save hundreds of dollars per year!

Memberships are non-transferable between different dropshipping plans of a program, or between different dropshipping programs. This means that if you wish to change your plan (e.g., from the 'Exclusive' plan to the 'Signature' plan), or move to a different program (e.g., from the 'YOURS Private Label Dropshipping Program' to the 'DR.HC Dropshipping Program'), you will need to purchase a new membership. You may cancel your current membership at any time; however, please note that no refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any paid payments, as stated in our Terms & Policies.

Initial set up fees require Zelle or bank transfer.
We accept PayPal and credit cards for the recurring membership fees.
Some specific fees may require payment via Zelle or wire transfer—if so, we’ll contact you with further instructions.

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. There is no minimum commitment period.

To cancel a membership:
1/ First, remove all of our products (photos and descriptions) and information we provided to you from all of your stores/channels. When your membership is canceled, you are no longer authorized to list and sell our products. MAKE SURE YOU COMPLETE THIS STEP FIRST, AS IGNORING THIS STEP WILL BE SUBJECT TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT/ COPYRIGHT VIOLATION AND FINES.
2/ Email info@drhc-cosmetics.com to request a cancellation.

Please note:
-You must contact us at least 24 hours before the renewal date of your membership, otherwise we can't guarantee that we can check your email and process your request in time, which means your membership might still be renewed and you might still be charged. For example, you sign up for your membership on July 4, your next billing will be on Aug 4, if you wish to cancel your membership, you must contact us by the end of Aug 2.
-All paid payments are not subject to refund or partial refund for any reason.
-Once your membership is cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
