We have existing formulas that you can buy right away (the "BUY PRIVATE LABEL STOCKED FORMULAS" or the "REBRAND & BUY DR.HC BRAND'S FORMULAS" below), or you can ask us to custom-manufacture your products (the "CUSTOM MANUFACTURING" below). All products will come under your brand name!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, the products you purchase from our existing formulas or ask us to custom-make will always come with your logo as well as your company name & address on the label of each bottle. This is private label, so products are manufactured for your brand! In addition, other necessary information such as the product name, net weight, ingredient list, etc... will also appear on the labels. They would be ready for retail in your store.

We accept both ways.
Yes, all packaging need to be tested in our facility before being used. If you request packaging change, you need to send us at least 5 units of the new packaging for us to have them tested.
Your products are made-to-order. After finishing payment, you can expect our processing time as below (your order will be shipped out within the time frame below)
- est. 1~4 weeks for Qty <100
- est. 6 weeks ~ for Qty 100~
- est. 10 weeks ~ for Qty 1000~
Tracking number will be provided to you for every shipment.
It usually takes 3~8 days to arrive for USA domestic addresses, and 7~21 days for international shipping. We can also provide expedited shipping per your request. Please note that the delivery time is for reference only, and is determined by the shipping companies, not us. Please plan to order in advance.
Yes, you can purchase samples of our existing formulas. All samples will come in full size. Please email us to order samples (yours@drhc-cosmetics.com or yours.privatelabel@gmail.com)
If you choose to change the formulas (minor change or major change), the samples of your custom formulas are not existing yet and can be ordered only after the formula development process is done. Please view the Customization Process here to learn how to get samples in this case.
