♥ SHIPPING COST:
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the wholesale package's size and weight, and will be informed to you when we arrange your package for shipment.
*For USA domestic orders: We ship via USPS or UPS. Usually, the fees are Shipping cost + Sales Taxes if shipped to California.
*For International orders: We ship via USPS (for small quantity). We can also work with your forwarder if you import more than 500 pcs. Sales Tax is not collected for international orders.
♥ PAYMENT:
-Payment methods: Wire transfer, Bank transfer, or Zelle.
-You pay the product cost first, and then pay the shipping cost once your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
♥ PROCESSING TIME:
Your wholesale order is usually shipped out within 1~4 weeks (depending on products and quantity) after payment is confirmed. We’ll let you know the estimated processing time after receiving your order.
♥ DELIVERY:
*USA domestic address: 2~7 days
*International address: usually 7~21 days vua USPS, depending on the country.
*Please discuss if you prefer an expedited shipping method.

-Flat fee: $250 per development.
This fee includes everything (R&D fee, sample fee, and sample shipping fee).
-You receive 3 mini-size samples of the custom formula.
-Processing time: usually 1 week (we’ll inform you in advance if more time is needed to source your specific ingredients).
