SHIPPING ADDRESS IN USA
Shipping method: USPS (First Class)
When we ship? Within 3 business days after we confirmed your payment.
When you receive? 2-7 days (standard shipping). Please contact if you need expedited shipping.
SHIPPING ADDRESS IN JAPAN
Shipping method: USPS (International) and/or Japan Post.
When we ship? After we confirmed your payment, within 3 business days if shipped from USA, or within 3-7 business days if shipped from Japan
When you receive? About 2~3 days if shipped from Japan. If shipped from USA, USPS usually delivers your orders in 7 ~ 21 days, in some cases, the delivery may take up to 45 days.
SHIPPING ADDRESS IN VIETNAM
Shipping method: USPS (International) and/or Vietnam Post.
When we ship? After we confirmed your payment, within 3 business days if shipped from USA, or within 3-7 business days if shipped from Vietnam.
When you receive? About 1~3 days if shipped from Vietnam. If shipped from USA, USPS usually delivers your orders in 7 ~ 21 days, in some cases, the delivery may take up to 45 days.
🌍 SHIPPING ADDRESS IN OTHER COUNTRIES
Shipping method: USPS (US Postal Service) (First Class Package International)
When we ship? Within 3 business days after we confirmed your payment.
When you receive? Depending on countries, USPS usually delivers your orders in 7 ~ 21 days, however kindly keep in mind that in some cases, the delivery may take up to 45 days. We always provide you a tracking number when we ship out your package, however, depending on the destination country, your package status might not be updated in the USPS system frequently. If you prefer expedited shipping methods, please contact us in advance before your package leaves our warehouse.
The delivery time above is for reference only. We cannot guarantee you about the delivery time. It may be faster or slower depending on the shipping services, and this is out of our control.
What you should do if you don't receive your order during the estimated delivery time above:
- Track your order using the Tracking Number we provided when your order was shipped.
- If your order is still "In Transit", please be patient and check it back later on.
- If the tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it yet, please wait 1~2 days. Sometimes the shipping service updates it as "Delivered" 24~48 hours before the order is actually delivered.
- If the tracking says "Delivered" and you has been waiting for more than 48 hours but still haven't received your order yet, please contact us at info@drhc-cosmetics.com. Thank you.
