*All of our shipping fees include shipping insurance to protect your package from lost/damage.
Orders with shipping address in the USA will be shipped from our main warehouse in the USA and international shipping fees do not apply (you only pay domestic shipping rates below).

- FREE SHIPPING: For retail orders over $100 of DR.HC Brand products placed via this website, we offer FREE SHIPPING (via USPS First-class). You can get only 1 Free-Shipping for every $100-purchase. Use discount code "freeshipping-usa" to get free shipping for retail orders over $100 (Wholesale orders, Dropshipping orders, PL Custom orders are not subject to this free shipping). The discount code must be applied by customers at checkout.
Orders with shipping address in the Vietnam will be shipped from our main warehouse in the USA and/or from the local warehouse in Vietnam. On the product pages, you need to choose "SHIP TO VIETNAM" before adding products to shopping cart. International shipping fee and other applicable fees were already included in the display pricing, you won't be charged for shipping fee at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO handling fee if your order includes only items available in Vietnam warehouse. There would be $20 handling fee applied to orders which include items only available in USA warehouse.
Orders with shipping address in the Japan will be shipped from our main warehouse in the USA and/or from the local warehouse in Japan. On the product pages, you need to choose "SHIP TO JAPAN" before adding products to shopping cart. International shipping fee and other applicable fees were already included in the display pricing, you won't be charged for shipping fee at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO handling fee if your order includes only items available in Japan warehouse. *For USA domestic wholesale orders: We ship via USPS or UPS. Usually, the fees are Shipping cost + Sale Taxes if the shipping address is in California + Shipping insurance.
*For International wholelsale orders: We ship via International USPS or UPS (for small quantities). Usually, the fees are Shipping cost + Shipping insurance. We can also work with your forwarder if you import more than 500 pcs (FOB).
