    • Ask me to BUILD A CUSTOM-DESIGN STORE: You don’t have a store yet, and you want me to create a store, and customize the store design based on your requirements. The store will have a customized design, basic features are set up, and your private label products are imported, ready for you to sell! If you already have a store but want me to rebuilt/redesign it so you can start selling your brand's cosmetics, you can choose this package as well!
    • If you have a already-built and already-designed store and only want me to import & set up your brand's private label products (I know, this process might be complicated and needs to be done correctly so everything can work smoothly), you can choose my "PRODUCT SETUP ONLY" package.

          Terms of Service:
          *Special services require extra labor costs.
          -All packages do not include other fees you pay to the supplier or 3rd parties such as theme, apps, domain, etc. if applicable. Fees I collect are my labor fees only.
          -Buyers need to provide contents of the store such as Logo, Images, Page contents & other necessary details etc. Buyers need to provide an approval from the supplier to import products if applicable. Buyers need to troubleshoot directly with 3rd parties if any issue occurs with products provided to Buyers by the 3rd parties (i.e. domain, theme, apps, etc.) 
          -Coaching/mentoring, manual content editing, etc. are not included in this service.
          -The "private label products" mentioned in all packages are the ones provided by DR.HC Cosmetic Lab - Stocked Formulas plan only. If you join other plans of the program, extra labor fee is required (+$450 for “Rebranding” or “Custom” plan); or if you would like me to setup products from other suppliers, a separate fee is required, please contact me to discuss.
          -All services are not subject to cancellation/refund for any reason. By using any of my services, you have read and fully agreed to these Terms of Service.

           

           

          FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

          Here are questions my clients usually asked about my service

          Let's take DR.HC website (www.drhc-cosmetics.com) as an example. Here's a Collection where you can browse many products at the same time (but they are not listed in so many details unless you click on each product to view).
          And here's an example of Page/ Information Page. Information Pages are where you can write anything, like About us, Our story, The founder, Contact us, Shipping policies, etc. Basically, other pages on a website, except Collection Pages and Product Pages, are Information Pages.

          Desktop and Mobile are 2 different devices, that means features and designs that work on desktop might not work or look messed up on mobile. I will build a responsive design (or "mobile & laptop friendly" website) for you. That means your store/website works well on both desktop and mobile, and your customers can comfortably shop on both desktop and mobile.

          I'm based in California, United States.

          Of course, you are very welcomed! We can communicate anything via emails. Many of my clients so far are living outside the USA. There is no difference in my service no matter where you are living.
