WHAT IS THIS SERVICE?
When you use this service, we will grant you the right to use our product images with your logo, and will prepare those digital mock-ups (product images with your logo) for you. By using this service, you will get the product images (digital mock-ups) with your logo on them (which are called "Custom Product Images"). You can upload these custom product images to your store/website and launch your shop faster and more easily without having the real products in hand and hiring a photographer.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
After you place an order for the Custom Product Images, we will use your registered logo and prepare the custom product images for you. You will receive your Custom Product Images via email. Processing time is 3~5 business days.
If you choose the option "Stocked Formulas", the custom product images you receive will look the same as shown in our Stocked Formulas plan, but with your logo instead of the 3-leaves icon.
If you choose the option "Rebranding", the custom product images you receive will look the same as shown in our Rebranding plan, but with your logo instead of the DR.HC Brand's logo.
If your registered logo does not meet the logo format required here (our logo requirements: https://drhc-cosmetics.com/pages/requirements-on-logo), we may contact you to revise the format of your logo before preparing the images. We do not advise on the aesthetic aspect of your logo. If you're concerned about how your logo will look on product labels, we recommend ordering the Previews/Draft first (see details below).
BENEFITS:
Since your custom images will be used for your store ONLY, nowhere else, it will increase the SEO for your website! (If you generate your custom images via an app, the custom images will also be stocked in the app, and third-party services such as Google may link them to the app first, not your store). So we believe our way is a REALLY good private solution for you! Plus, you don't need to spend time designing the label for each product! In addition, you can save money on hiring a photographer (which usually costs $200~$400 to take photos only for 1 product).
HOW TO GET YOUR CUSTOM IMAGES:
- Finish payment for this order
- Inform us of the list of products you want to have custom images, via THIS FORM or via email. If via email, you can provide the product names, or just say something like "all items in moisturizer collections", "all shades in the lip collections", etc. (email to yours@drhc-cosmetics.com )
ATTENTION: IF YOU ALSO WANT TO CHANGE PRODUCT NAMES AND/OR FONT
Once you want to change the product names and/or the font of the product names, those elements need to be changed on both the physical cosmetic products (the real products that will be made and sent to your customers) and on the Custom Product Images, too.
- If you want to change the font, you must register your Custom Font (one-time fee) in advance before placing an order for this Custom Product Images service.
- If you want to change the product names, you must register your list of Custom Names (one-time fee) in advance before placing an order for this Custom Product Images service.
ABOUT PREVIEW/ DRAFT:
We do not send preview/draft before fulfilling your order of Custom Product Images. If you would like to see how your logo looks on product labels, we can create a set of Previews for you (3 previews of your logo on 3 different types of our product labels, or you can also choose 3 products you want to view the previews). The processing fee is $35, processing time is 1~2 business days. Please choose the "Previews" option on the order form above to place an order for the Previews.
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to change the current registered logo of your membership to a new logo, you will need to pay a processing fee of $50 for this request as mentioned on the program page (Pay here: https://drhc-cosmetics.com/products/logo-changing-fee). Also, you will need to place a new order for Custom Product Images to be created with the new logo. Therefore, to avoid changing the logo, we strongly recommend that you get a set of Previews of your logo on product mockups first.
ABOUT NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES:
We sometimes have new product launches. Your PLD membership covers all newly developed products, which means you can also list and sell them under your brand and we will ship the physical products to your customers.
If you want to have Custom Product Images for the newly developed products after getting all custom images for the rest of the products (that means, you placed an order for this service before and you chose the option "All products in Stocked Formulas"), please place a new order for this service and choose option "Newly developed products only" (you'll have some discount!).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- This service is provided to YOURS Private Label Dropshipping (PLD) members only. Only these members are allowed to use our Custom Product Images.
- This fee is the labor fee for us to prepare the custom images for you. This fee is not subject to refund or partial refund for any reason.
- The fees above are for preparing the custom images for ONE logo. If you want to change your logo after we have sent you the custom images, you must place a new order for the custom images created with the new logo.
- You do not own the copyright of the custom images, which means if your membership is canceled you will be no longer allowed to use the custom images.
- Retailers are not allowed to edit our product images and Custom Product Images.
- All orders & submissions are final (you cannot change products after submitting the product list as our process will start right away, please place order carefully). Any request for product changing/ adding and/or logo changing will require a new order.
- If you place an order for “All products”, your order only covers the items we have at the moment you place the order and won’t include images of new products which may be launched after that.
- We do not stock your custom images in our system. You need to contact us within 3 business days if there is any issue with the custom images you receive. We only fix issues caused by our errors. 3 business days after the order is fulfilled, we are unable to resend or resolve any issue, any request for resending images, in this case, will require a new order.
- We may not be able to put your logo on the labels with the size and/or dimension and/or at the position you expect because there is a default space for the logo on each label. We do not modify your logo. We do not make adjustments on custom product images as per your request unless there were technical errors caused by our mistake, such as your logo was cut off. We cannot guarantee the custom images will match your imagination. If you are concerned about how your logo would look on the labels, we recommend you try the Preview/ Draft service listed above before placing an order for the Custom Product Images.
- We do not provide advice on your logo. Basically, we accept all logos unless they do not meet our basic format (PNG file and transparent background). For the best results, view our logo guidance here.

Hi, we're looking to sell our products in-person as well as online, if we buy the $150 custom font registration fee, will that print the image on the physical orders of our products?
Hi Jennell,
If you buy the $150 custom font registration fee, when we manufacture physical products and send them to your customers, we will change the font of all product names to your favorite font. This service is for changing the font.
When you are a PLD member, by default, physical products will be made with your logo printed on the bottles' labels.

what do we need to do to have our custom label design with our logo shown on these custom product mockup images?
Hi Alex,
If you would like to use your custom label designs, there is no degital mockup image, so you can't use this service. You would need to register your custom label design with us, then order samples and photograph them (or ask us to photograph them for you).
