Pack it in your birth bag and take it with your peri bottle for those first post-childbirth bathroom trips. Before use, may be stored in the refrigerator for extra cooling effect.
- Way #1: Mist directly on the sore perineal area as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use.
- Way #2: Spritz the spray on a maxi pad and wear the pad for soothing and cooling relief. You can also put the pad in your fridge or freezer for an extra cooling effect before wearing it.
WHEN TO USE: Anytime, as often as needed.
HOW TO STORE: Good to keep at room temperature. May be refrigerated for extra cooling effect. Avoid high humidity and direct sunlight.
