The R&D Fee (Formula Authorization Fee) is for the DR.HC Brand to authorize you to rebrand and sell their qualified formulas under your brand name.

*The authorization is effective during your Active membership. If the membership associated with this authorization is canceled, the authorization is no longer effective.
*This fee cannot be transferred between plans or memberships.
