If you want to change the default product names to your own custom product names (i.e. our product name is "Antioxidant Facial Serum" but you want to change it to "Supreme Antiaging Serum"), you have to register your custom product names with us. 

This fee is to register those custom product names with us so that we will manage the custom product names for you. After your custom names are registered in our system, the physical cosmetic products we make and send to your customers will be labeled under your custom names.

This is a one-time fee. 
After paying the fee, download this form, fill out your custom names and send us the list via email.

*If you would like to change/update the Custom Names List after it has been registered, the processing fee is $50 per change.
