Directions:

• Way #1: Mist directly on the sore perineal area as often as needed, especially after bath or toilet use. 
• Way #2: Spritz the spray on a maxi pad and wear the pad for soothing and cooling relief. You can also put the pad in your fridge or freezer for an extra cooling effect before wearing it.
