WHAT DOES THIS FEE COVER?

The Membership Approval/Renewal Fee (listed below as “Membership Fee”) is charged for the purpose of authorizing and approving your membership or renewing your membership status in the DR.HC Dropshipping Program for a specified period. By paying this fee, you are entitled to utilize your membership benefits, which include (but are not limited to): authorization to list and sell DR.HC branded products, the ability to order such products at discounted pricing, and dropshipping services fulfilled directly to your customers.

When you first register, you are also required to pay a Setup Fee (a one-time fee), which is included in your first month’s membership fee. This Setup Fee covers the backend configuration and activation of your dropshipping account within our system.

WHAT YOU GET AFTER PAYING THIS FEE:

After your Membership Approval/Renewal Fee payment is completed, you will receive a Membership Authorization Letter from us, confirming that you are authorized as a dropshipping member for the selected billing period (either 1 month or 1 year, depending on the billing plan you choose).

We will also set up your dropshipping account on our back end. Within 3 business days, you will receive a Dropshipping Account Setup Completion email with instructions on how to import our products into your store.

• If you choose the "Manual Ordering" method: We will provide you with a CSV file to import our products into your store.
• If you choose the "Auto-Ordering" method: We will guide you through connecting with a third-party app to import our products. You will work directly with the app provider and pay any applicable app fees directly to them for their integration service. Please note: We (the product manufacturer) and the third-party app (the integration service) are two independent companies - you will be working with both companies separately. While we manufacture and fulfill your products, the app provider is solely responsible for its app, integration service, software functionality, and technical support. If you experience any issues with the app or the integration process, product importing, order syncing, inventory syncing, or any other integration-related functions, you must contact the app provider's support team directly. 
    

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The Membership Approval/Renewal Fee (including the account setup fee and membership fee) is charged for the purpose of authorizing and approving your membership or renewing your membership status in the DR.HC Dropshipping Program for a specified period. This fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances, regardless of whether you utilize any membership benefits during the authorized period. Membership cannot be transferred between programs, plans, or accounts.
• Membership is a subscription and will be automatically renewed unless you cancel it before it is renewed.
  
• If you choose the "Auto Ordering" method and experience any issues with the 3rd party app or the integration process, product importing, order syncing, inventory syncing, or any other integration-related functions, you must contact the app provider's support team directly. Issues related to the third-party app or its services are not grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes against fees paid to us, as those services are provided by an independent company, not by us.
• Editing our product images is not allowed. 
• All information provided by us (including product descriptions and images) is only for you to use. All retailers must be authorized by us. Transferring/ Selling/ Commercializing the provided information is not allowable and might be subject to copyright infringement and fines.
• If your membership is canceled, listing/ selling our products is not allowable.
